Cigarette smoking

Sorry for the late blog entry, everyone. I've been doing really well though and still not had to resort to the sweet sweet... I mean, bad, bad lure of tobacco.

It's been a mad few weeks, though that's no excuse. A blog should be a diary - and I've not been keeping up with it. Having said that, I know I've had diaries in the past and pretty much all that's written in them are people's birthdays - and they're usually added in the first few days of January. Maybe they should sell Diaries with only a few pages in for people like me? Nope - that's a stupid idea.

I've been trying to stop facebooking quite so much over the holidays, too. I realised that I was spending half my days on the computer trying to join other people's fb pages so that I could get help with my smoking addiction. If you're looking for another way to quit smoking, I heartily suggest that you look on facebook and join some of the groups on there. Facebook is starting to become a really important way to find a community of like-minded people who'll genuinely support you through anything. I was sceptical at first - assuming that the people on there would all be self-righteous ninnies who were more interested in abuse than befriending. However, I've been proved wrong.

So yes, that's my tip for the day - join Facebook (if you haven't already!) and get involved in some stop smoking groups. It can only help!

There's not much more for me to talk about. I seem to have put on weight over Christmas - partly because it's the time of year for doing that anyway, and partly because I'm still substituting fags for chocolate. I know, I know - it's probably a vice that's just as bad in the end. If I had 40 mars bars a day, I'd soon know about it! And so would you all - my fingers would be so fat that half the typing I did would come out as dnsaupodsauobrlqbnjldsdsa dhapidnapi dsa.

Love to you all - and keep going with the fag quitting!
